Menu

From an idea to a culinary experience

Chez Dominique introduces a new menu from four to five times a year. The menu is often built around a theme and inspired by the seasons and the surrounding world.

The inspiration behind a great menu can be almost anything.

The forest themed menu was born from Chef Välimäki’s attempts to capture the exhilarating scent that the Finns encounter while walking in forests. That is why the menu consist of reindeer, lichen and moss, the beautifully matured berries and mushrooms picked in their prime.

A dinner in Chez Dominique is a relaxed and pleasant event. It is however most carefully planned and the customers’ rhythms determine the pace for the kitchen.

The Chez Dominique menu changes according to seasons. It’s also slightly varied almost weekly.
